Distributed Orchestration Framework

Background: In multi-access edge computing (MEC), coordinating server sleep states with service lifecycle management is challenging due to non-instantaneous transition delays.

Question / Future Work: Developing a distributed version of the orchestration framework to handle growing network scale, capable of retaining the benefits of joint sleep/lifecycle management while efficiently managing computational and signaling overhead.
