Spatially Inhomogeneous Condensates

Background: The current theoretical framework restricts the analysis to spatially homogeneous configurations of the order parameters.

Question / Future Work: The analysis should be extended beyond spatially homogeneous Ansätze to capture the physics associated with spatially inhomogeneous condensates, which are not described by the current approach.
